ØResume Referral- The Association collects resumes and refers them confidentially to members on a request basis per the job qualifications. If you wish to place a blind ad, applicants may respond to the Association instead of a post office box.
Ø Verification Directory- We publish an annual directory of contacts at member companies for employment verification.
Ø Job Analysis & Written Job Descriptions- A thorough job description makes it easier to find the right person for the job. The association can provide several levels of assistance, from providing sample job descriptions to conducting an analysis, updating existing job descriptions and writing new ones.
ØSkill & Aptitude Testing- The Association is the largest shoreline assessment center for measuring skills and aptitudes. We have a variety of validated tests for most jobs and for entry level and executive candidates.
Ø Reference Checking Services– The Association has partnered with a sister Association with expert staff to provide cost-effective, menu-driven options to screen applicants quickly and accurately.
Ø Effective Interviewing- We can provide you with sample interview questions, checklists, do’s and don’ts, library resources and training for managers and supervisors.
