Employers Association of West Michigan is a voluntary, private, membership organization of enterprises located along the western shore of Michigan. The Association’s first meeting was held in December of 1915 by a small group of employers who recognized the value of uniting to solve problems, improve employer-employee relations and increase productivity in a reliable, confidential and cost effective way. Member companies, large and small, diverse in purpose, from manufacturing, service, banking, health care, education, retail and public sector organizations, have relied on the Association’s services for more than 90 years.
New Look - New Brand!The decision to change our logo was a difficult one and represents a significant milestone in the Association's history. We have had member companies, large and small, diverse in purpose, from manufacturing, service, banking, health care, education, retail and public sector organizations rely on the Association’s services for more than 90 years. Although similar to our past logo, the new logo features bold upper case letters; we feel this gives us a contemporary design with distinctive letters to easily recognize and identify with EA.It also includes a new tagline: "THE ANSWERS ARE RIGHT HERE." This tagline is EA’s unique brand promise and is designed to communicate what drives EA as a company, and what EA makes possible. ‘The Answers Are Right Here’ is a simple expression that declares that you will not only find the answers you need, but that they will be the right answers. |
