As we prepare for the coming months, as well as the next few years, we are reviewing the services, events, programs and products we currently offer our members. We are interested in knowing which of our efforts are of value to each of you so our time and your dollars can be used most effectively.
We regularly ask ourselves the same questions you do regarding customers, such as:
Are our services, information and products meeting our members’ needs?
Are there additional services we could be providing that would be of benefit to our members?
Are there services or products our members are using which we could provide more cost effectively by utilizing our “group purchasing power?”
Are we spending time producing events/services, which are no longer, needed and should be eliminated in favor of others?
