"This was a matter of millimeters," said Dr. Donald Scholten, a Hurley Medical Center trauma surgeon. "The laceration was close to severing an artery. This was significant force that was allocated."

FLINT, MI - A police officer who was stabbed in a possible terrorist attack at Flint's Bishop Airport is expected to be released from the hospital sometime this weekend.

Hurley Medical Center trauma surgeon Dr. Donald Scholten operated on Lt. Jeff Neville just minutes after Neville was stabbed in the neck at the airport on Wednesday, June 21.

If you enjoy catching some smaller fish or like fishing with children, then the time may be right for you.

Fishermen at many locations on inland lakes in Michigan are catching panfish, bass and bullhead, along with some bigger fish like walleye and pike.
