- Medical Certification of Leave Requests- Clarification and authentication of your employees’ leave request.
- Attendance Tracking - A toll-free number for employees to report absences.

Web-Based Reporting- A secure website provides supervisors and administrators real-time listing of absences and other key information based on security designation.
- Identification, Notification and Tracking- Identify absences that are potentially FMLA qualifying, eligibility and certification notices and tracking using employer’s 12-month period.
- Reporting and Customer Service- Standardized reports will be produced indicating FMLA use by employee, provide management for more than 8 standard reports meeting all administrative requirements of FMLA.
- Compliance- Company policies, procedures and forms will be reviewed for compliance and consistency.
- Integration with STD- A combined Short Term Disability (STD) and FMLA will be developed to save time and expense.
- FMLA Training- Customized training programs will be delivered to managers and supervisors on FMLA standards and your company’s policies and procedures.
