This 90 minute interactive class helps participants to better understand how they spend their time and how to effectively manage their schedule at work. Topics discussed will include: procrastination, prioritizing, organizing, effective meetings, and much more. This class will leave participants with helpful tips and tools to take back to the workplace. The end goal being that the day is more focused and less stressful, and productivity is maximized.
